We suggest making sure all building plans and shire bylaws have been adhered to and that the tank pad meets the following criteria.

• 150mm crusher dust
• 2 metres wider than the tank itself
• Laser level

A load of water will need to be put into the water tank on completion. The amount of water required will depend on the size of the water tank installed. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss how much water is required (0492 177 991). If you are unable to arrange this, let us know so we can organise and charge accordingly.

Approximately 10% of the tanks capacity will be needed on the installation day at the customers expense. Failure to do so may void your warranty. We will give you as much notice as possible so it can be arranged.

Your tank pad needs to be 2m larger in diameter than your chosen tank’s diameter. Eg: (TANK CT25 7.84m PAD minimum 9.84m).

Crusher dust or clean sand. Concrete pads can also be used but please notify us of that as it will need to be quoted differently.

A form of blue metal aggregate (+20mm) will need to be placed around the tank base by the customer after the installation.

This helps protect the tank base underneath from washing away. Customers should look to maintain the tank site every 3 months.
